My recent stay at Mainstay Suites Knoxville North I-75 was a mixed experience. the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean; the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Kaitlyn and Kim. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping areas for groceries. the hotel amenities, like the kitchen in the room, were nice touches. Despite some drawbacks, the affordable price and helpful staff made for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality during my trip.
